I am currently going to school for my Bachelors of Science in Accounting and also was a financial technician in the United States Marine Corp for 4 years. IV. Purpose or Thesis Statement To explain to you about the many things accountants may possibly deal with during their career. V. Preview Statement Today I will inform you on the schooling needed, employment change and the attributes an accountant should have. Body: I. Main Point 1. The degrees and certificates accountants must and may need to excel in their profession. A. “To be an accountant you will need a minimum of a four-year bachelor’s degree in accounting. Being an accountant there are certain great attributes that companies look for. A. According to The Glaring Facts, the number 1 characterist that companies look for in someone is trustworthiness.
